I'm not just a coach. I'm a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Integrative Health Practitioner, Positive Psychology Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Menopause Coaching Specialist, Certified Happiness Trainer, and Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher.

Through powerful questions, active listening, and evidence-based tools, we uncover what's really going on — and what's been getting in the way. I help you find YOUR answers, because the solutions that stick are the ones that come from your own wisdom and values.

Every session is built around YOU. You bring the topic. You set the agenda. And between sessions, you take action — with my full support and accountability every step of the way.

Coaching is not therapy. Therapy diagnoses and treats mental health conditions and past trauma to restore emotional wellbeing. Coaching is an action-oriented partnership focused on goal-setting, building habits, and maximizing your potential — for women who are ready to move forward.
